All our delivery partners, AnPost, DX, DPD, FeDex, Fastway and Postal Store are on hand to supply an efficient and fast delivery service throughout Ireland and a two day service to the UK.
Your order will be fully tracked and therefore you have no need to worry about it being lost or delivered to the wrong address.
If you don't receive your order within the time given just get in touch and we will track it for you.
Please do not contact us until 5pm of the evening following your dispatch date as we must give the couriers enough time to do their job.
Occasionally delays with delivery may occur for various reasons beyond our control.
Delivery Times.
On Orders placed before 12pm. Weekdays Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Saturday & Sundays will be dispatched on Monday, excluding Bank Holidays.
- Ireland & Northern Ireland. 2 - 3 Day Service
- UK. 3 - 5 Day Service
Some locations in the Scottish Highlands may take slightly longer.
ROI & UK Islands will incur additional charges.

Failed Delivery Attempts
If the carriers website shows that they have attempted to deliver your parcel and for whatever reason they could not, you will need to re-arrange the delivery yourself.
If they make up to 3 attempts and fail to deliver the parcel it will be returned to us. Allow 7 days
- We will only then credit you for the item and not for the original carriage cost to us.
- We may also charge a 15% handling charge on certain items, including items with a Free Carriage option.
