Menzerna 400 Heavy Cut Compound

Menzerna 400 Grinding Paste is a heavy cut compound that delivers exceptional paint correction while producing less dust than other polishing pastes. Known as a grinding paste, it restores damaged car paint by polishing away imperfections. Paired with a heavy cut pad or wool polishing wheel, it removes deep scratches and swirls, bringing weathered paint back to its original shine and color.

Specially designed for modern, hard car paints, this compound tackles the challenge of polishing tough clearcoats with ease. It quickly eliminates scratches and repairs defects, making it perfect for hard paintwork.

Because of its strong cutting power, follow up with a finishing polish to remove haze, light scratches, and swirls, giving the paint maximum gloss and depth. Recommended usage

Clean the surface thoroughly.
Shake the bottle and apply the polish to the polishing pad.
Use either a rotary or an orbital polishing machine and use the cross-coating method. Start by polishing at a low rotational speed while exerting strong pressure.
Take away the pressure in the final cycles and increase the speed of the polishing machine.
At first, the polish will seem a little milky and should be worked in until only a slightly transparent/oily film is visible.
Once you have finished polishing, remove any residue with the Premium microfiber cloth.
Depending on the demands of the surface, a second stage may be performed. Here, you have the option of reapplying Menzerna HCC 400 or using a Menzerna Finish polish.
