Job Description:
As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers and internal teams by providing expertise and guidance on parts and accessories related to all types of motor vehicles. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in identifying, sourcing, and providing accurate information about parts and accessories that best suit their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers to understand their requirements and provide expert advice on the selection and purchase of parts and accessories.
- Utilise product knowledge and available resources to identify and source the correct parts in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of inventory, orders, and customer information in the database or system.
- Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient customer service.
- Process orders, handle returns, and manage parts inventory levels effectively.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and changes in inventory to provide accurate information to customers.
- Handle inquiries and issues related to parts and accessories, offering solutions and support to customers in a professional manner.
- Provide guidance and support to technicians and other staff regarding parts information and availability.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Parts Advisor, or similar role in the motor industry.
- In-depth knowledge of all types of parts, products, or machinery is highly advantageous.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling customer inquiries and issues.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training in parts management is a plus.

Vehicle Inspection:
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify issues and assess their overall condition.
Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify mechanical, electrical, and electronic problems.
Diagnosis and Repair:
